I've been working in software development for about 15 years now, and have spent the bulk of that time working as a consultant.
I'm current working with the state of South Carolina helping them customize and implement their
. I am also starting to work on a new customizable, turnkey,
sex offender management system which will be available for
any state and / or territory that needs a new, compliant system.
Prior to this, I consulted with the great states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, and Nevada to help them
customize and implement their SORT systems. This was an integral step in helping those states become
I was also the lead developer on the
TTSORS (Tribes and Territories Sex Offender Registry System)
SORT (Sex Offender Registry Tool)
systems which were developed in conjunction with the SMART office under
the Office of Justice Programs (OJP)
the US department of Justice (DOJ).
These projects have been extremely successful as they've been fully or partially responsible for managing sex offenders in
7 states (and counting), and 145 tribes and territores within the U.S.
These applications were created using Asp.Net / C# with Linq-to-Sql and SQL Server.
What I do
I'm currently working on a new customizable, turnkey,
solution which will help states and territories manage
their sex offenders with more efficiency and less overhead.
